The Calculations report

This report lists all calculations that you have ever created in VOGSY.

Column descriptions

Calculation hours spent: The number of hours spent working on the calculation’s activities.
Calculation budget spent: The amount of money spent to complete the calculation’s activities.
Deliverable budget percentage: The percentage of the deliverable’s budget that was used to complete the calculation’s activities.
Deliverable finish date: The expected date of completion for the deliverable.
Project name: The name of the project that contains the calculation.
Deliverable schedule percentage: The percent of the schedule that was used to complete the calculation’s activities.
Start date: The date that work began on the calculation’s activities.
Deliverable start date: The date that work was expected to begin on the deliverable that contains the calculation.
Deliverable remaining days: The number of days that are left to complete the deliverable.
Calculation activity: The activity that is part of the calculation.
Project number: The ID number of the project that contains the calculation.
Description: Additional information about the project that was entered when the project was created.
Deliverable hours percentage: The percentage of the hours planned for the deliverable that were used to complete the calculation’s activities.
Deliverable order value: The amount of revenue expected to be generated from the deliverable.
Order date: The date that the project that contains the calculation was approved.
Calculation budget: The amount of money expected to fund the work needed to complete the calculation’s activities.
Order Value: The revenue expected to be generated from the project that contains the calculation.
Customer: The company that ordered the project that contains the calculation.
Calculation hours: The number of hours planned for working on the calculation’s activities.
Calculation cost rate: The cost rate that is assigned to the calculation line of the associated activity.
Project status: The current status of the project within the project completion process.
Deliverable: The name of the deliverable that contains the calculation.
Client: The name of the customer of the project.
Finish date: The date that work was completed on the calculation’s activities.
Deliverable description: The description used when creating the deliverable to give further insight into the production of the deliverable.
Calculation sales rate: The sales rate that is assigned to the calculation line of the activity.
