Job roles

Use this master table to maintain a list of all the job roles that exist within your company. When adding an employee to VOGSY, you can assign the employee a job role so that it’s clear what their position is within the company, and what their responsibilities are.

There are two attributes that can be assigned to a job role:

  • Name: This is used for dropdown in the Create a person form where you can select a job role.

  • Description: A short phrase that describes the job role’s function and responsibilities. This text doesn’t show in the front office.

You can change the order in the drop-downs where job titles can be selected by tapping on the up and down arrows on the left panel of the screen.
