The Employees report
This report lists all employee data that is available in VOGSY. With this report you can review employee information and create custom reports as needed.
Column descriptions
- First Name

The first name of the employee.
- Last Name

The last name of the employee.

The employee’s email address.
- Archived (yes/no)

Indicates whether the employee’s record has been archived or is active.
- User type

Inidcates the employee’s user type.
- Roles

Inidcates the employee’s role(s).
- Can manage others timesheets (yes/no)

Indicates whether the employee can approve the timesheets of other employees.
- Absence hours approval

Indicates whether the employee can approve the vacation time of other employees.
- Manager

The email address of the employee’s manager.
- Prefill timesheets with planned hours (yes/no)

Indicates whether the employee wants VOGSY to update their timesheet with the hours from planning.
- Auto submit entries at the end of the day

Indicates whether the employee wants VOGSY to submit their draft time entries at the end of each day.
- Can see financial data on projects

Indicates whether the employee can see a project’s financial data.

The list of activities the employee is qualified to perform.
- Seniority

The employee’s experience level at their current job role.
- Start date company/department

The employee’s employment start date.

- Start date cost/sales rate

Date that this cost rate and sales rate took effect.
