The Time entries report
This report lists all time entries that have ever been added to VOGSY depending on the filter you set when generating the report. This report can be filtered by week, year, activity, and employee.
You can specify a start date and an end date for time entries data that spans multiple years; for example: 2021/3/1 to 2023/3/1 .

Using this data, you can build your own custom reports regarding time that was tracked.
Column descriptions
- Department

The department within your company to which the reporting employee belongs.
- Year

The year that the time was spent.
- Week

The week that the time was spent.
- Date

The date that the time entry was spent.
- Employee

The name of the employee who submitted the time entry.

The email address of the employee that tracked time.
- Seniority

The experience level of the employee that tracked time.
- Employee department

The department of the employee that tracked time.
- Customer

The name of the project’s customer.
- Deliverable

The name of the deliverable for which the time entry was recorded.
- Project

The name of the project for which the time entry was recorded.
- Project number

The ID number of the project for which the time entry was recorded.
- Project manager

The name of the project manager responsible for the project for which the time entry was recorded.
- Deliverable

The name of the deliverable the time was tracked on.
- Activity

The name of the activity for which the time entry was recorded.
- Hours
-
The number of hours submitted.
- Status
-
The status of the time entry within the timesheet processing cycle. Possible statuses are: Draft, Submitted, and Approved.
- Note

Relevant information about the time entry that was recorded when the entry was submitted.
- Billable Hours

The reported hours that are marked as billable.
- Cost Rate

The cost rate that is applied to the submitted hours. The cost rate depends on the employee that tracked time.
- Sales Rate

The sales rate that is applied to the submitted hours. The sales rate is used from the calculation of the activity.
- Invoicing method
-
The invoicing method that is set for the deliverable for which the time was recorded. The available invoicing methods are: Fixed price, Time & Material, and Subscription.
- Revenue Type
-
The revenue type that is assigned to the deliverable for which the time was recorded.
