Signing a quote

A (potential) customer can sign a quote digitally using the Signhost plugin. The customer will receive a link to Signhost via e-mail.

After signing in to Signhost, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail form you.

You will receive a notification in your feed that the quote was signed, and you can directly set the opportunity status to 'won'. An opportunity that is won will trigger a notification to start a new project or, in case a pending project was already created before, the project status will change from 'pending' to 'in progress'.

Your company needs to have a Signhost account to enable this feature.
