Set up opportunity types

Opportunities can be categorized by assigning an opportunity type. This enables you to filter opportunities by type and slice down the sales funnel by showing only the opportunity of the selected types. This is a nice way to monitor your sales funnel from a different perspective.

This step will lead you to the default set of opportunity types which VOGSY offers. In this back-office function, you can archive, delete or customize them.

Opportunity types are optional. If there are no active opportunity types available, VOGSY hides the drop-down ‘Opportunity types’ in the edit form of opportunities. Also, the filter in the ‘Sales funnel’ chart and the VOGSY search will be hidden.
