Generate an invoice

VOGSY can generate invoices in the following ways:

VOGSY can generate draft invoices automatically for all your projects at once.
- For projects with deliverables with time and material costs, VOGSY will check if time has been entered or costs for material were made that have not been invoiced yet.
- For projects with fixed-price deliverables, the invoice run checks if there are invoices due to be sent based on the invoicing schedule.
- For projects that have subscription-based deliverables, VOGSY checks if there are invoices due to be sent based on the subscription schedule.
You can generate a draft invoice yourself for a project if you have the Manager role.

Before you can send an invoice to a customer, it must be approved by a manager of the project team.
