Skills

You can assign skills to your employees. You can also assign a skill level to each skill that you add. This enables VOGSY to suggest a selection of available employees based on a selected skill when planning resources on projects. You can further filter the selections by skill level requirement. In other words, VOGSY can search based on a skill, or a skill and a skill level.

This step leads you to the Skills back office master table where you can add or archive skills.
