Managing projects
The purpose of the project phase in the quote to cash process is to get work done. VOGSY helps you manage projects for customers by keeping track of the deliverables for a project and the activities that your team needs to accomplish to complete the deliverables.
During this phase the following actions are taken:

Scoping of the project. This involves creating a project for managing the list of specific project goals, deliverables, features, functions, tasks, deadlines, and, ultimately, costs that will be required to complete the project.

Progress tracking. Factors such as time, budget, and completion rates are monitored to make sure the project will be completed on time and on budget.

Profitability tracking. Calculated profit margins are periodically compared to actual margins to ensure a healthy bottom line for the company.

Resource planning and task management. Resources are assigned to do the tasks that were scoped at the start of the project and resource time is tracked.
