In VOGSY, skill levels can be used to categorize the following:

  • Professional level - An employee’s experience level based on their background in their current profession.

  • Skills

Using skill levels enables VOGSY to filter out employees who lack the required professional or skill-based experience that you need when planning resources for a project.

VOGSY contains a set of default skill levels that you can review and change in this step.
