Seniorities allow you to categorize or filter employees based on the amount of experience they have in their current job role. This can be useful when you are staffing a project or need a replacement in the resource planning.

Seniorities do not affect roles or permissions within VOGSY.

The following categories are standard in VOGSY, but you can change them via the Seniorities back office master table.
