Tracking a project’s invoices

Every organization and project has an invoice summary page that displays all invoices associated with it. To view the page, open the organization or project and click the invoice summary (cash multiple custom) button.

The summary screen will display.

The top header of the summary screen displays the following information:

Total amount that has been invoiced.

Total amount not yet paid to the project or organization.

Average number of days before a payment is collected.

Average number of overdue days.

You can also use the dropdown selector (5) to filter the list of invoices that display on the summary screen. The options are:

  • All

  • Last 12 months

  • Outstanding

  • Overdue

Each invoice associated with the project or organization has a card on the summary screen. The card displays the following information about the invoice:

Invoice number

Invoice amount

Invoice date

Invoice status. This section also displays the amount still outstanding and the due date of the invoice.

The number of days the invoice is outstanding and the number of reminders sent to the customers so far.

A link to the invoice itself. Click the link to open the PDF.

If you are viewing an organization’s list of invoices, then each card will also display a link to the associated project.

If you are viewing a project’s list of invoices, the card will display a link to send an email reminder to the customer under the following circumstances:

  • You are a designated receiver of past due reminders

  • The invoice is past due.
