Subscription invoice method

Use this method when the customer has agreed to pay for your products or services over a period of time and to be invoiced at an agreed upon frequency.

The subscription invoice method must be enabled via the back office before it can be used in deliverables. Go to the Project settings application and select the Show invoicing method subscriptions checkbox.

You can also generate a subscription invoice schedule so that VOGSY can generate and email invoices to your subscribed customers at the appropriate intervals. The schedule can be set to begin on any day of the month, and this day will be used to generate invoices on all subsequent months. If you want the billing day to be the last day of the month, VOGSY can handle it.
