Send an invoice to the customer

When you or VOGSY generate an invoice it is automatically emailed to the address designated in the Invoicing email 1 field on the customer’s Organization page.

You can send the invoice to more than one person by clicking the plus thick blue Add button and entering the new email address.

Although this email is sent by VOGSY, it uses the project manager’s Google Gmail account so that to the customer(s) it appears that the project manager sent the email. Also, the email is stored in the project manager’s Sent box.
