Drive folders

Use this page to create the folder structure for the documents that you intend to store on your shared drive.

You can set up a folder structure for the following VOGSY categories:

  • Board

  • Organization

  • Person

  • Project

  • Opportunity

To create a folder structure, do the following:

  1. Select the category.

  2. Enter the folder structure in the Documents folder structure field. The field supports multiple lines, and each new folder should be put on a new line. For example:

    Quotes
    Invoices
    Reports

    Use the \ character to indicate subfolders. For example:

    Quotes
    Invoices
    Invoices\2021
    Invoices\2022
    Reports

    The following characters can be used in your folder names:

    abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ-_0123456789
