The VOGSY back office provides full support for the financial administration of your company.

The VOGSY back office covers registration of

  • Account statements

  • Purchase invoices

  • Create draft invoices (Invoice run)

  • Accounts payable

  • Accounts receivable

  • Expense claims

  • Projects opening balance

  • Valuation of work in progress

You can also generate reports in the back office. This allows you to export information from VOGSY in Google Sheets.

Not all employees can enter the back office. Only those with the Manager or Support staff role.
