Accounting integration

VOGSY can integrate with well-known accounting software platforms like Xero and Intuit Quickbooks Online. You can set the level of synchronization and map the necessary fields between the products so that relevant data can be synced. Since accounting data can contain information about organizations and contacts, this information is also shared between VOGSY and your accounting software.

Levels of synchronization
  • Level 1 will allow you to sync your accounts receivable data. The project invoices are generated in VOGSY and synced to your accounting software.

  • Level 2 will allow you to sync your accounts receivable data and your accounts payable data. The project invoices and purchase invoices are generated in VOGSY and synced to your accounting software.

  • Level 3 will allow you to sync your accounts receivable and your accounts payable data. It will also sync all of your accounting software’s journal entries/financial transactions to VOGSY, depending on your journal mappings.

Connect to your accounting software

Syncing VOGSY with your accounting software, if you have one, is part of the setup process. The setup process includes:

  1. Connect VOGSY to your accounting software.

  2. Set the level of integration between VOGSY and your accounting software.

  3. Map accounts between VOGSY and your accounting software. For Quicken Online users only.

  4. Map journals between VOGSY and your accounting software. For Exact users only.

  5. Map departments and cost centers between VOGSY and your accounting software. For Quicken Online users only.

  6. Map ledger accounts between VOGSY and your accounting software.

  7. Import organization and contacts data into VOGSY from your accounting software.
