Charts

VOGSY offers a set of charts that gives you real-time insight into how your company performs from different perspectives. These charts can be accessed via the VOGSY menu or a board.

VOGSY promotes transparency, so all charts are available to all employees.

Charts can be pinned on boards for sharing.

The following charts are available:

Sales pipeline progression
Opportunities - weather changes
Order intake
Customer profitability
Projects - weather changes
Billability per month
Billability per employee
Project billabillity per department
Billable vs. non billable hours
Resource utilization
Outstanding invoices
Project margins
Financial KPIs
Revenue forecast
Work in progress

Filter charts by company

If you have activated the multicurrency feature, you can filter the data that displays in the charts by company.

Click Charts on the side panel to open the Charts dashboard.
Click on the Filter dashboard on company field (at the top of the screen) and select the company from the drop-down list. The dashboard will update with only the data from the selected company and all financial data that displays in the charts will display in the currency of the company that you selected.

This drop-down list is populated from the Companies/Departments settings in the back office.
