When scheduling in VOGSY, you can choose to exclude holidays from your planning. In the planning overviews, holidays are colored gray (Non-working days).

Use the Holidays settings page in the back office to import a list of a country’s official holidays.

You must have the Support staff role in order to access the back office.

You can create more than one holiday list for a company. For example, if your company has departments in different regions of a country, or in different countries altogether, you can create a holiday list for each department based on the holidays that exist in the department’s locale.

After importing the list, you can select which of the holidays should be an actual day off for your employees and if it should count for a specific company or department.
