Manage budgets

VOGSY offers real-time information about the progress of your project’s budget. This topic explains how budgets are calculated in VOGSY.

Per deliverable, a budget can be defined by calculating activities and projected costs.

These budgets are visualized on the project cards by a guage that shows per deliverable the utilization of the budget in percentages. These guages display how much of the budget is spent.

When tapping on a budget indicator, a more detailed view is shown. This view gives more insight about costs and sales.

From a cost perspective, the calculated activity based on cost rate is compared with the actual costs that were recorded.

From a sales perspective, the calculated activity based on sales rate is compared with the actual sales that were recorded.
