Accounts receivable
VOGSY generates an accounts receivable record after it generates a customer invoice. There are, however, times when you might want to create an accounts receivable record manually. This might be the case when there is a dispute about the invoice, or if you are just starting with VOGSY and want to add some AR records for customer invoices that pre-exist VOGSY.

To create an accounts receivable record, do the following:
To access back office applications you must have the Support staff role. |

Open the Accounts receivable application and click Add. The Account receivable form will open.

Fill out the form. See Field descriptions for more information.

Click Save.
